Privacy & data export

What we store, what we don't, and how to export or delete everything.

What we store

• Account: email, display name, avatar.
• Profile: dietary tags, allergies, optional age/sex/height/weight/activity.
• Content: recipes you save or create, logs, posts, comments, messages.
• Usage: device platform, app version, opt-in analytics events (no chat contents, no free-text food names).

What we don't sell

Nothing. Bragi makes money from subscriptions. We don't share food data with insurers, employers, or third-party marketers.

Export your data

Settings → Data & export → Request export. You get a JSON file by email within 7 days (usually faster).

You can also call the export endpoint directly:

Delete your account

Settings → Account → Delete account. We soft-delete immediately and purge after 30 days. The grace period lets you change your mind.

For an urgent purge (under 30 days), email privacy@bragi.fit — we'll expedite within 24 business hours.

GDPR / CCPA

• EU/UK (GDPR): export + erasure on demand. Data processed by Bragi (data controller) and our processors (Supabase, Resend, Stripe, RevenueCat, Sentry, PostHog, Anthropic, Edamam, Cloudflare).
• California (CCPA): we don't sell data; the footer link is provided for compliance. Email privacy@bragi.fit to exercise rights.
