Terms of service
Agreement
By creating an account or using Bragi (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Who can use Bragi
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA). If under your local age of majority, your parent or legal guardian must consent. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
Your account
- You're responsible for your credentials and any activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
- One account per person; commercial bots are not permitted without prior written consent.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
- Post unlawful, hateful, defamatory, or sexually explicit content.
- Submit content you do not have the right to share.
- Reverse-engineer the Service, attack our infrastructure, or scrape at scale.
- Use Bragi to provide medical or therapeutic services to others.
We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms. Egregious violations may be reported to law enforcement.
Content you submit
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant Bragi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and process your content as necessary to operate the Service. Public content may be cached or indexed by third parties (e.g. search engines) under standard web norms.
AI features
Bragi uses AI to estimate nutrition, suggest recipes, and answer questions. AI outputs are AI-assisted, not definitive. Always verify before making medical or dietary decisions. Bragi is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
Subscriptions and billing
- Premium and Family subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.
- Cancellation stops renewal — your access continues until the period ends.
- Apple App Store / Google Play subscriptions are governed by their respective billing policies.
- Web subscriptions are billed by Stripe. Refunds within 14 days, good-faith policy.
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Nutrition estimates, AI suggestions, and community advice are informational only and are not medical advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bragi's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes are resolved in the competent courts of Yerevan, Republic of Armenia.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app and by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
