Cancel anytime
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Bragi → Cancel
- Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Bragi → Cancel
- Web: Bragi → Settings → Subscription → Manage → Cancel
Cancelation stops the renewal. You keep Premium until the end of the current billing period.
Refund policy
- App Store and Play Store: refunds are processed by Apple and Google according to their policies. We don't have access to those refund flows.
- Stripe (web): we issue good-faith refunds for charges within the last 14 days. Email support@bragi.fit with your account email and we'll process it within 3 business days.
Family plans
Cancelations affect every family member's Premium access at period end. Family members can also be removed individually from the owner's settings without ending the subscription.
